- If there are samples of bags in stock, we provide them free of charge; customers only need to pay the shipping cost.
- We will provide samples of the same size or that are close to the customer’s demand and send them out after the customer’s confirmation.
- Suppose customers want to customize their design samples. In that case, they need to pay a small amount of sample costs, which are used to pay for the labour costs of the start and material loss, specifically our sales negotiation.
- We provide free design services. If the customer has the design file, we can make the flat bag diagram to show the customer’s effect.
